JustBet Review
After being at Justbet.com for about 6 weeks, I have learned a few things about the site.
1) They are great with payouts, processing them quickly, and you receive it quickly.
2) Customer service is very quick, and you can call in and get a bet down in seconds.
3) The negative thing I have found is the max wagers. For the casual bettor who throws down no more than $100 on game justbet.com is right for you. But I occasionally like to throw down large bets and justbet sets a somewhat low max depending on the sport. Football is $500, Baseball is $250, and halftime bets are $100. The max limit bets were not what bothered me but the reasoning for them. As I understand it, justbet does offer higher limits. Several times I called up and spoke to the wagering department where they told me that I could increase my bet by speaking with customer service. However, when I reached customer service they explained to me how they would not increase the max limit on any sport for me because I was a "sharp" who was "beating the line consistently." So essentially, they only want to take larger action from individuals they believe are more likely to lose, while limiting others who they feel have a reasonable chance of winning. I understand the logic and the business aspect of it, however, I'd rather bet on a site that goes out of their way for all members, regardless of whether you are winning or losing. Just my two cents...

RE: JustBet Review
Thank you for your honest response. We had a very nice conversation with them today expressing the max bet issue. We have a great relationship with them and will continue to help as much as possible. As always feel free to reach out to Jawn, myself, or Teddy.

RE: JustBet Review
Thanks man. I appreciate it. Don't get me wrong, its a very reliable website. Many other books may do the same thing, but it just rubbed me the wrong way. They may have been too honest by telling me why the couldn't raise my max. Should have just told me that they weren't allowed to offer any higher rather than make it seem like I was being singled out and treated unequally.

RE: JustBet Review
Thank you for the review. I appreciate you taking the time to write it.

The reason we chose JustBet is because of their integrity and their honesty. Myself and Teddy have both been in situations when we have had our accounts at various sportsbooks frozen for "fraudulent" activity when we were consistently beating them. Once the account is frozen the sportsbook confiscates money that was deposited and won. I don't think sharp bettors are treated fairly at many books, but most books will not tell you, give you the run around when you ask to get paid - and then freeze your account. JustBet will not do that, and you will be paid every time even if you beat them for 52 weeks strait.

I understand the limits may be a turn off to some people, however the most important thing for me when using an online sportsbook and depositing my money is the 100% peace of mind that I am going to be paid. I know that some people on this site may like to bet over $500 a game, and maybe JustBet is not the right solution for them. But with the uncertainty in the US Market we wanted to go with a book that is reliable and a book that we knew our website members would be paid. There are certainly other sportsbooks out there that allow you to make larger wagers, will you get paid if you win? Will you get paid the next day like JustBet or will it take 3-6 months of jumping through hoops? I am not sure.. but the security of the Island members money is first and foremost for us here.

I do agree Ranger that the transparency that JustBet had with you could come across at a turn off. But they are just telling you things that other books wont. They run their book on honestly and integrity and I can not really fault them for doing so.

A few key points I want to remind people about JustBet :

1st. Barely any book accepts credit card deposits for brand new USA players

2nd Barely any books accept USA players

3rd No one gives 100% match bonus from $100-$1,000

Plus 10% casino plus $1,000 in Blackjack chips on first deposit

4th Solid book since 1996 with a great reputation rated Elite on OSGA and B+ on SBR
5th same day- next day pay outs. One free per month.

I understand completely where you are coming from but trust that the honesty that they shared with you is a good thing. They understand you are a "sharper" player however they are continuing to let you play their while other books may have pulled the plug already.

Please feel free to reach out to any of us with any other questions or concerns.

Thanks again for the review.

RE: JustBet Review
Well Justbet.com just lowered my max wagers......it was 250 on baseball....now the max is 100. Im done with that place, that just is ridiculous.
Was told again that it is a recreation site, and that management lowered my max bets again yesterday.....they said if I want to bet larger than 100 find another site.
I understand that its important to find a site that is stable and that will not "freeze" your account, but for those who are looking to be successful at betting, your really not welcome at justbet. I also understand that its hard to find a website that sharps are allowed, but theres no point to joining a website that will effectively push you out by limiting what you can bet. I'm sure in a few weeks id be down to 50 max bets, and then 25....

RE: JustBet Review
I may begin to post my plays...but i honestly dont consider myself a "sharp." I also dont like posting plays, because I feel bad when they lose. But I may just simply post what I'm playing a people can do what they like.

RE: JustBet Review
We are talking with some sportsbooks to be able to offer a solution to our members who like to make larger wagers. We don't just post books like most sites because we want to make sure our members money is safe, hence why we partnered with JustBet. We also understand that for some players who wager a bit larger then others that JustBet may not be a viable option. Please give me until the weekend and we will be announcing an option for larger bettors.

Thanks

RE: JustBet Review
Thank you Jawnny. The thing about justbet is that they do allow player to wager large amounts, but only will allow those who consistently lose to continue to wager large amounts. But I do appreciate you looking out for other options.

RE: JustBet Review
JustBet has been great to work with and I know they are providing a lot of guys here with a good offshore betting solution. I understand your frustration with the situation and I assure you that we will have another option in place. We just like to work closely with people so that if anything goes wrong on the payment front I can work with the management to get it handled.

RE: JustBet Review
Man this is fresh out of the book "The Smart Money" I have a small account on justbet, gonna add more, but i didnt take the bonus for this reason, I didnt want them to know I was associated with a sports forum. But on anothner note I appreciate the efforts that Jawny,Ezzy and Teddy have made to provide an outlet for the members of the island. I have a good bookie, who pays and collects on time so I dont need the offshore, but I applaud the efforts of our leaders to try and help others out.
