Sportsbook.com sort of dilemma
Hey guys... So here's the deal

My buddy cashed a check out from sportsbook.com for $1395 and just received the check after like 2-3 months of waiting...

Well he doesn't want it to bounce and is offering to sell it to me for $1000

Does anyone have any experience with sportsbook.com and their payouts lately?

I would love to jump on the opportunity to make the easiest $395 of my life but I'm risking a grand

Can anyone provide any insight to this?

Hellllppp I'm in a pickle here

Sportsbook.com player owed $19,800 since October
A Sportsbook.com (ag) player writes SBR with a payment dispute. The player requested two withdrawals in October 2011 for $9,900 each. Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D-) recently updated their payment time-frame to six to eight weeks. The player points out that he has been waiting in excess of the posted time. On June 3rd, SBR reported that management would attempt to fast-track payment for a player also waiting longer than advertised.

Sportsbook.com moved their non-US players to Global.Sportsbook.com, an operation headquartered in Malta; one that is managed by YouWin Ltd. SBR reported on 28 September 2011 that players with pending wagers had their bets cancelled, an unethical decision that caused a great deal of criticism. Sportsbook.com later redacted its initial letter to players with a few conditions. Sportsbook.com's US operation is based in Costa Rica.

Sportsbook.com (ag) players with feedback or complaints are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form, or dial 1-830-255-4677 during normal business hours to speak with a Sportsbook Review dispute analyst.

RE: Sportsbook.com sort of dilemma
wow, I didn't know this shit goes on with off-shore books. I feel lucky I have the one I use now. I used sportsbook.com about 7 years ago for about a month's time, and got a check for $800, and had no problems with it if that helps. I just didn't like their site overall, so I stopped using them.

Not all books are the same, Blake! Let's face it, this is a pretty shady industry, so would only stick with the best books. FYI, Carib has a pretty good rating.

RE: Sportsbook.com sort of dilemma
I would use justbet if I was looking for a new site to use, but for me it would be stupid to not use carib with all the perks I get for being a long-time customer.

I'm not looking for a new book. I don't even bet online, just through locals.

Was just wondering if anyone had any recent experiences, that's all.

Last week I cashed a check for more than what your friend received & have used Sportsbook.com for over 3 years (cashing more than 12 checks in past 12 year) and have no had a problem. You should take up your friend on his offer.
